Deborah began her employment in administration with a Transport Company for several years before relocating to live in Kent. After a couple of years she returned home to Staffordshire and became an administrator for an IT Recruitment Company. Deborah joined Poole Dick Associates as an administrator in 2004 originally on a part time basis, as the company and offices have expanded Deborah's position has become full time.
