Poole Dick Associates was formed in 1949 and now has offices in Manchester and Stoke-on-Trent. Our practice uses traditional and modern methods to deliver Quantity Surveying solutions with a difference for projects ranging from complete management of small sub-contractors to major developments where we form an integral part of a team working with national or international organisations.

We offer a broad spectrum of construction services from site appraisal to final accounts or commissioning in turnkey operations as well as commercial projects such as office developments, factories, hotels and rehabilitation contracts including listed buildings.

Whether we are working as individual cost accountants, as members of a design team providing full QS services or as project management advisers, our knowledge, understanding and flexibility ensures the successful and timely completion of projects with the least possible fuss.
