Poole Dick Associates are delighted to announce their inclusion on the Community Health Partnerships Quantity Surveyors (QS) Framework.
Community Health Partnerships (CHP) is an independent company, wholly owned by the Department of Health and its main activity is to deliver the Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) initiative which provides clean, modern purpose-built premises for health and local authority services in England.
Established in April 2010 the Framework offers easy access to Independent Quantity Surveying advice for Strategic Health Authorities, Primary Care Trusts, NHS Trusts and Local Authorities planning new projects under both LIFT and Express LIFT increasing the skills and support available to test and demonstrate value for money.
