The £12.5m development situated in St. Helens was completed in Autumn 2009 and has since won the following two prestigious awards:
The LABC (Local Authority Building Control) "Best Large Housing Development" award at the North West Building Excellence Awards 2010
and
It was the first ever winner of an award to recognise best practice in providing age friendly housing by HAPPI (Housing Our Ageing Population Panel for Innovation) at the National Housing Design Awards.
The development consists of 86 extra-care apartments and 3 bungalows within a modern retirement village complex.
