Poole Dick Associates have recently delivered a primary care centre for Dr Horton & Partners in Kingstanding, Birmingham where, as from 7th November 2011 the GP's began delivery of their services.
The quality of the project is best summarised by the following extracts taken from an email received from Birmingham PCT's Deputy Director of Estates, Peter Crane.
"The scheme design and quality of build is impressive and it will probably be the first GP lead scheme for BEN and possibly the Cluster to obtain BREEAM Excellent."
"The scheme is impressive and up to LIFT standards in design and specification and shows what a GP lead scheme can achieve with dedicated input from the GPs plus a good design team and financial support from the PCT"
"BREEAM Excellent credentials of this scheme would make it a useful GP site to monitor and to benchmark other GP sites against."
