We are delighted to have contributed to the provision of Stoke-on-Trent City Council's first new council housing in 30 years. We undertook the Employer's Agent and CDM Co-ordinator functions on behalf of the City Council and their delivery partner, Staffordshire Housing Association. The 17 bungalows achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 primarily through solar pv's, underfloor heating and a high perfoming building fabric.
