Project Management
A complete service from development of the brief to final completion including co-ordination of all design team members providing our client with a single point of contact allowing them to concentrate on their core business.

Quantity Surveying
Early estimating of construction projects, cost planning, procurement advice, preparation of tender and contract documentation, valuation of work in progress, recommendations for interim payments, financial reporting, agreement of final cost, dispute resolution.

Employer’s Agent
Preparation of Employer's Requirements and acting as Employer's Agent on 'Design and Build' contracts including all roles of Quantity Surveyor.

Life Cycle Costing
Forecasting revenue streams based on cyclical maintenance regimes and advising on funding of refurbishment programmes.

Development Appraisal
Full appraisal of your proposed development comparing capital cost with likely revenue taking account of construction and associated costs and liaising with agents to establish income generation and profit margins.

Risk Mitigation
The evaluation and reporting on the level of risk in a development together with sensitivity reports to demonstrate likely outturn costs allowing more accurate decision making.

Monitoring Services
Acting on behalf of banks, building societies and other lending institutions to ensure their financial investment is protected from the inception to completion of a development.

CDM Co-ordinator Services
Advising clients on all aspects of The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM 2007) and taking overall responsibility to ensure that health and safety issues are efficiently addressed throughout the pre- and post-contract stages of a development
