Let’s Do Lunch!

Following on from the Full English breakfast and the Tiempo de Fiesta, the Management Team have now served a hot buffet lunch to mark the next milestone in recognising the staff’s commitment to our Core Values – this time for Stay Sharp.

The role of MasterChef was taken on this time by Andy Bayley who spent the previous night slaving away to cook a huge vat of chilli to his own fiery recipe. Andy was ably abetted by his camarera, Debs, and camareros, Jonathan and Steve.

Margaritas and cerveza were first served up with tortillas, salsa and sour cream before the main chilli course accompanied by jacket potatoes, rice and a cheese topping to the sound of a traditional Mexican soundtrack.

Everybody agreed that Andy’s chilli was as good as they had tasted, although nobody opted for ‘seconds’ which meant there was plenty over for the Management Team once they had cleared the table and washed all the dishes.

The next reward comes in the form of an early flyer on a Friday afternoon which is already in the diary.
